Maybe! We work with most PPO insurance plans and we’re happy to file claims as a courtesy. We also accept CareCredit, credit cards, and other financing options. How often should I come in for a cleaning and checkup?

For most patients, every 6 months is ideal. That said, we may recommend more frequent visits based on your oral health, gum condition, or risk for cavities.

What should I do if I have a dental emergency?

It depends on what you’re experiencing. Visit our Dental Emergencies page for guidance, and call our office right away if you’re in pain, swelling, or think you may need urgent care. If you believe it’s life-threatening, don’t wait. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

What should I bring to my first visit at Championship Dental?

Please bring: completed new-patient forms, a photo ID, your insurance card(s), and any previous dental records (or your previous dentist’s contact information), if available.
